These instructions concern distance contracts with consumers for the paid Revier3D plans (a digital service within the meaning of the FAGG [Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act]).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although using it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract reaches us. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period (immediate activation of the subscription), you must pay us, in the event of withdrawal, an amount proportionate to the share of the service already provided by the time of withdrawal compared with the total scope of the service provided for in the contract (§ 16 FAGG).
Note: The 48-hour trial is free of charge and does not give rise to any obligation to pay. The right of withdrawal applies only to the later paid conclusion of the contract.
